It all began when Britt was a kid, baking homemade treats for her local Farmer’s Market. Years later, Britt took a bold step by introducing NYC-inspired bagels to the mix—and they were an instant hit!

Opening a bakery had always been her dream, but she knew she needed the perfect business partner to make it happen. Introduce Cam. With over 10 years of experience as a chef and a track record of opening successful kitchens across Ontario, Cam brought the culinary expertise and business savvy needed to turn the vision into a reality.

Together, we’ve combined our love for great food and our shared passion for delivering high-quality, handcrafted bagels to create something truly special.
